Understanding narcissistic behaviour: teaching clients about narcissistic personality traits, cycles of abuse (idealise–devalue–discard), and manipulation tactics (gaslighting, love bombing, etc.).
Recognising red flags: Helping clients identify patterns in relationships to avoid future narcissistic abuse.
