You do not need a GP referral to access this service, although a 10 minute (free) phone consultation is advised to determine if this service is right for you. Please use this contact page to request this.

If you’d like to book a 50 minute consultation please use this page to request date/time for either an online or phone counselling appointment, and you will receive a response to your email within 1-2 business days. The fee for this service is $130. All appointments require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancallation. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. The cancellation fee must be paid before you can reschedule a future session.
